Information We Collect

When you shop with Ami's Creative Designs we collect the details needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation data. We also collect basic browsing information so we can recommend designs and sizes that suit you.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process orders, send shipping updates, handle returns and exchanges, respond to customer service requests and, where you have opted in, share new arrivals and seasonal collections.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to remember your cart, keep you signed in and understand which collections shoppers enjoy most. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the shopping experience may not work as intended.

Sharing and Security

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners. Payment details are handled by secure third party processors and are not stored on our servers.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing amiherbstreit@yahoo.com. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.

Terms of Service

Last updated January 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By browsing or purchasing from Ami's Creative Designs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and Pricing

We work to display fabrics, colors and sizing as accurately as possible, though screen settings may vary. Prices, promotions and availability are subject to change without notice, and we may limit quantities on high demand collections.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified. You will be notified and refunded in full if this happens.

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, intimates and opened accessories are final sale. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during holiday periods.

Intellectual Property and Liability

All photography, copy and branding on this site belong to Ami's Creative Designs and may not be reproduced without permission. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price paid.

Accessibility

Last updated January 2026

Our Commitment

Ami's Creative Designs is committed to making custom tees easy to shop for everyone, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What We Do

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidance. That includes strong color contrast, visible keyboard focus states, descriptive alternative text on product photography, clear form labels and a layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop screens.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new collections, campaign banners and checkout updates as they are released, and we test with keyboard only navigation and screen readers.

Need Help or Found a Barrier

If any part of the site is difficult to use, contact us at amiherbstreit@yahoo.com or call (217) 714 4636. Share the page and what you were trying to do, and our team will help you complete your order and work on a fix.
